This recipe is nothing new but the classic Negroni combination. However, here we are using Yobo Soju instead of the usual gin. This swap of the main component lowers the abv, so notice that the recipe is slightly different. Enjoy this classic on large ice or up.
- 1½ oz Yobo Soju Luxe
- ¾ oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- ¾ oz Campari
Add the Yobo Soju Luxe, vermouth, and Campari to an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir until chilled, and pour over a large ice cube in an old-fashioned double glass. Or serve in a chilled stemmed cocktail glass without ice. Express the orange peel across the cocktail and drop it in the glass.
