Built around the classic cobbler cocktails of the past. The key to this fantastic drink is the fresh fruits and the balance between a spirit and a wine. A cobbler is served best on crushed or pebble ice, but regular ice will work.
- 2 oz Yobo Soju Luxe
- 1½ oz Dry Sherry (Amontillado or Olorosso)
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 3 Kumquats
- 1 Orange Wheel
- 1 Lemon Wheel
Add the kumquats to a cocktail shaker and crush with a muddler. Add the soju, wine, syrup, citrus wheels, and ice to the shaker. Shake for 10 seconds, and fine strain over a pebble ice-filled glass. (Crushed ice or cubes will work) Top with more ice if needed, and garnish with citrus wheels, seasonal fresh berries, and fresh mint. Serve with a metal straw. For an extra pop, dust with powdered sugar.

This grape base is then blended our organic wheat spirit that has been meticulously fermented and distilled a minimum of five times to ensure ultimate clarity and the cleanest possible finish. We finally incorporate a subtle hint of our proprietary short-grain Calrose rice spirit to ensure the perfect balance of fruit, florals, cream.
