Spice & Everything Nice
Inspired by a Ko-mex fusion, this drink was so much fun to create using KTOWN Peach & Chili soju. Balancing the spiciness of the peppers with the tartness of the tamarind, all of the flavors dance on your tongue💃🏻 My favorite by far!!❣️
Ingredients.
- 3 oz KTOWN Peach & Chili Pepper Soju
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz tamarind syrup
- 0.5 tsp gochujang sauce
- Tajin / Gochugaru Mix
Directions.
Using lime juice rim a lowball glass with tajin / gochugaru mix.
Add everything to a shaker with ice and shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into rimmed lowball glass with ice.
Garnish.
Sliced Chili Pepper
