Ingredients.
- 1.5 oz Kish SEOUL Hibiscus Lemon Balm & Raw Honey Apéritif
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- Rosé
- Lemon Brulee Wheel
Directions.
Add ice to your favorite chamgagne flute or wine glass. Add Kish SEOUL Hibiscus Lemon Balm & Raw Honey Aperitif, Lemon Juice, and top with Rosé. Give a gentle stir and garnish with Lemon Brulee Wheel. Share with a friend.

To make the Lemon Brulee Wheel:
- Begin by slicing the fruit into rounds.
- Place these slices on a paper towel and cover them with another one.
- Allow them to dry for around 5 to 10 minutes.
- Gently dab the fruit to get rid of any excess moisture.
- Prepare a baking dish or a heat-resistant surface by lining it with parchment paper.
- Individually sprinkle each slice with sugar.
- Proceed to brûlée the fruit using either a kitchen torch or the oven.
- Let the fruit cool down before incorporating it into your cocktail.
