The elegant combination of ginger’s raw heat and the delicate sweetness of rose is taken to new heights with the addition of gin and ginger beer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Kish SHINE Kumquat Rose & Ginger Apéritif
  • 1 oz Gin
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer

Directions:

  1. Add the Kish SHINE Kumquat Rose & Ginger Apéritif, gin, and lime juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake for 10 seconds, and strain into an ice-filled glass.
  3. Top with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with a lime slice.
