Gin Gin Shine
The elegant combination of ginger’s raw heat and the delicate sweetness of rose is taken to new heights with the addition of gin and ginger beer.

Ingredients.
- 1 oz Kish SHINE Kumquat Rose & Ginger Apéritif
- 1 oz Gin
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- 4 oz Ginger Beer
Directions.
Add the Kish SHINE Kumquat Rose & Ginger Apéritif, gin, and lime juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds, and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime slice.
