Food & Wine Classic 2024

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re heading back to Aspen this summer for the 2024 Food & Wine Classic. This summer’s Aspen adventure is going to be all about Kish Apéritif!

Like last summer, we’ll be at the festival all weekend sharing Yobo with all and cheering on Kristen Kish.

We’ll have a full set up in the Grand Tasting Pavilion for the entire weekend (Friday, June 14th - Sunday, June 16th). We’ll have exclusive swag, Yobo friends and family, and, of course, lots of Kish Apéritif cocktails to enjoy. This year we’ll be pouring four unique cocktails; each one featuring a different expression - Hibiscus Lemonade, Lime Rickey, Umami Old Fashioned, and Kumquat Tonic. We can’t wait to share Kish Apéritif with so many new friends and familiar faces!

Kristen Kish will also be leading an exclusive cooking demonstration on Saturday June 15th at 10 AM at The St. Regis –  Second Act Snacks: How One Top Chef Reinvents Retro Comfort Food. Kristen’s presentation will feature her unique reinterpretations of classic comfort flavors, and we’ll have Kish Apéritif cocktails to match the vibe.
