This Old Fashioned features a liqueur of smoked mushroom, orange bitters, and mulling spices, offering earthy depth, citrus warmth, and a hint of spice. Stirred with whiskey and a touch of sugar, it’s a bold, savory twist on the timeless classic.

  • Garnish: Orange Peel Twist

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Kish EARTH Apéritif
  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • 1 Sugar Cube
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Garnish: Orange Twist

Directions:

  1. Fill a rocks glass with large ice cubes.
  2. Add Kish EARTH Smoked Mushroom Umami Apéritif and Bourbon.
  3. Gently stir to combine.
  4. Express the oil of the orange twist over the glass then drop into the glass.
  5. Garnish with orange peel.
