Inspired by Top Chef Winner & creator @kristenlkish this cocktail features Yobo_Kish Seoul. I personally love the flavor profile of the Seoul flavor. The lemon balm and honey come together to create a beautiful pairing, which perfectly balances the tart hint of hibiscus.
Ingredients.
- 0.75 oz Kish SEOUL Hibiscus Lemon Balm & Raw Honey Apéritif
- 0.25 oz Campari
- 1 oz Gin
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Rosemary Syrup
Directions.
Add Kish SEOUL Hibiscus Lemon Balm & Raw Honey Apéritif, Campari, gin, lemon juice & Rosemary syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass & garnish. Cheers!
