This Privacy Policy explains how YOBO Spirits (“YOBO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information from people who use yobospirits.com, our online services, and the products and services we offer (collectively, the “Site”).

By using the Site, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.

Information we collect

Personal information

We may collect information that can identify, contact, or locate you. In many cases, you provide it directly—for example, when you place an order, contact us, create or use an account, join a promotion, or interact with our services.

We may also collect information about how you interact with YOBO online through cookies and similar technologies. We may combine information collected from you with information obtained from other sources to help us understand our customers and improve our services.

Technical and non-personal information

When you interact with the Site, we may collect technical information such as browser type, device type, operating system, internet service provider, and information about how your device connects to and uses the Site.

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

• Fulfill orders and provide related communications, age verification, delivery, customer service, account management, and support.
• Respond to questions, requests, and other messages you send us.
• Personalize content and further our relationship with you.
• Provide marketing communications and offers from YOBO and our partners, including offers based on interests or location.
• Administer surveys, promotions, and other events you choose to join.
• Match information with public and private data sources to improve our records and reach customers across different platforms.
• Operate our business, including payment processing, fulfillment, analytics, security, fraud prevention, product development, website administration, reporting, and legal compliance.

If we plan to use personal information for a materially different purpose, we will provide information about that purpose before doing so.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. When you allow Marketing technologies, we may disclose identifiers and internet or electronic-network activity to advertising and measurement partners, including Google and Meta, to measure campaigns and provide interest-based advertising. On Shopify-hosted checkout and account pages, configured Shopify integrations may also disclose information to advertising or marketing partners. Depending on applicable law, these disclosures may be considered “selling,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising even though no money changes hands.

We may also disclose personal information to affiliates and service providers that support checkout, payment processing, licensed-retailer order fulfillment, delivery, analytics, security, email, store location, advertising, and website operations. These include Shopify; our fulfillment partners; Google Analytics and Google Ads when the corresponding permission is granted; and Pour, PostHog, Radar, and Netlify when you enable the store finder.

You may opt out of disclosures for targeted advertising through Your Privacy Choices, by turning off Marketing cookies, or by using a supported Global Privacy Control signal. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 21.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies for essential functions such as age confirmation, cart activity, account security, and saved privacy choices. With your permission, we may also use functional, analytics, and marketing technologies. You can accept, reject, or adjust non-essential technologies through Cookie settings. Our Cookie Notice identifies the technologies and providers currently used.

You may also configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent. Some parts of the Site may not function properly if essential cookies are disabled.

Access and deletion requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and to appeal a decision about a request. Visit Your Privacy Choices for instructions. We may verify your identity and retain information when required for transactions, security, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Global Privacy Control

We recognize Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals sent by supported browsers or extensions. When yobospirits.com detects a GPC signal, it keeps Marketing technologies off and treats the signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing and targeted advertising for that browser or device.

GPC does not disable technologies needed to operate the Site, does not turn off Functional or Analytics technologies you separately choose, and does not unsubscribe you from email. Because the signal is browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable it on each browser and device you use. You can also make choices through Your Privacy Choices.

Age and children

The Site and YOBO products are intended only for adults who are at least 21 years old, or the legal drinking age where they live if it is higher. The Site is a general-audience, adult-oriented service and is not directed to children, including children under 13. Anyone under 21 should not enter the Site, create an account, place an order, or submit personal information.

The age-confirmation screen helps communicate this restriction, but it does not establish a visitor’s identity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have received such information, we will delete it, except where retention is required by law or necessary to protect the Site and its users. A parent or guardian who believes a minor provided information may contact us at info@yobospirits.com.

Please do not share or forward this Site or its contents to anyone who is underage.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect the information we collect. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
